    3. There's also the valuation rolls. I'm not sure where their archives are housed in Surrey though. It'll only give you head of household i.e. the tenant. In Scotland, the occupation is also shown, so at least you'd know if they were still residing at the same address. However, if they were crammed into a sublet room they're unlikely to show up.
