Johnson PRESBURY , three Soldiers of the Coldstream Regiment of Guards, were brought by Habeas Corpus from Newgate, and charged on the oaths of James BELL and James TOLLY , both of Peckham, with feloniously assaulting them on the King's highway, in the County of Surrey, putting them in fear, and taking from their persons a silver watch and one penny farthing in money. Guilty: Death.
