Hi Jean there were Stevens in my street ( Lancing Road formally Dryden Road ) in Croydon. I believe they were related to the Lyons family. I think one name was Shelia if you think there might be a connection I will email my Cousin Linda as she married a Kenneth Lyons and knew a lot of people from that end of the street.
