It is a parish in its own right and so baptisms would have been carried out in the parish church. However, you should be aware that for some administrative purposes it can come up under Berkshire - for example, registrations of births and deaths seem to appear under Windsor (in Berkshire), and this sometimes leads to confusion when using online resources indexed by county (e.g. census returns).
