As their parent, Elias was also living nearby in Chapel Street (sch 78 number 7?) and his stated occupation is 'Beer Shop Keeper' it is possible that they resided at their fathers premises which could be a public house named the Carpenters Arms. I need to check if a public house of that name existed to whom it was licensed. 'Ownr' looks possible and is likely. Well done!
