Searching for Joseph STRINGER who mar. Margaret Dixon in 1823 at St Peter Church in Liverpool. Could he be son of Bancroft STRINGER? Joseph's birth might be 1797? and he had a son Richard b 1827 in England. Richard came to US, don't know when. .thanks for any help. Helen
