    3. Hello Bev, You mentioned that you were researching Lillian Hunter who married Willard Joseph Kennedy and moved to Canada, where he served in the Expeditionary forces in WWI. I'm not sure if you know this, but you can access Cdn. military records for WWI through a searchable database at: www.archives.ca . I recently got my grandfather's records and they provide quite a bit of information, including the addresses where they would send his service pay while overseas, presumably to his wife or next of kin. This would provide addresses where Lillian was living while he was away. Perhaps you may already have this information, but it never hurts to remind people that it's available. I did a quick search of the archives database and there are 4 possibles with the name Willard and Kennedy, two of which are unlikely. There are two Willard Kennedys (no middle names provided). One is regimental number 90229, the other is 3105640. If you know his service number, you can apply to get the records fo! r a cost of $40 maximum. The information on ordering the records is online as well. Good luck, Sheila London, Ontario CANADA researching: HULTON - Oldham, Failsworth in Lancashire HORROCKS - Newton Heath, Oldham, Failsworth JOHNS(T)ON - Kensington, Essex, England CULLEN - Rathdrum, County Wicklow, Ireland --------------------------------- Post your ad for free now!
