They allow you to print out various reports and trees. All the best with whatever you choose to do, By the way My interest is in the STURMY family from all over the Country and Beyond. Once again, thank you George. Blessings on you, my Jaquiss genie angel. If SKS has any information about these couples or about Jaqu*s or research guidance please contact me. I appreciate your sending these. Obviously Benjamin & Hannah Jaquiss nee Cooper are my 3x great grandparents. Somehow I had everything but the name of the church. All I had was "parish church". Richard & Harriet Jaquiss nee Hallam were Ben & Hannah's first born and his wife. I had been given this once before but I'll have to try to find the witnesses. I'm not sure about the rest yet but we have an Issachar b 1764 purported brother to Benjamin so perhaps the Issachar below is his son or in some way not yet known related. Another branch of the family (brothers to Benjamin's father Thomas) have quite a lot of John's but I wasn't aware they went to Suffolk - but who knows. As for Sarah we have heard of Jaquiss' in Warwickshire but I don't have them tied into our tree yet. So you did it again. And I thank you for sharing. I do appreciate this information. Every little bit helps. I am sharing this with other Jaqu*s reseachers so all your good deeds shall be as widely as possible appreciated. Hi, I've hit the proverbial brick wall with my grandfather's immediate family - Albert and Sarah (Bevis) Annetts and their children, and am seeking any information, in particular verification of my grandfather's brothers and sisters. Some of them are listed on censuses, and some are not. My grandfather, Wilfred, came to Canada as a young man and never got a chance to return to England. Very little is known of his family. I would love to be able to meet and receive information from anyone related or interested in them. Albert Annetts was born in 1846 in Winterslow, Wiltshire, England son of Richard and Olive (Dawkins) Annetts. Richard was a laborer and farmer and he and Olive had nine children; George, Mary Ann, Richard, Albert, Thomas, Mary, Henry, Sarah and Emma. In 1881 the family was residing in Gunville Drove, Wiltshire. Children of RICHARD ANNETTS and OLIVE DAWKINS: i. GEORGE ANNETTS, b. 1837, W. Tytherly, Hampshire, England; d. 1861. ii. MARY ANN ANNETTS, b. 1839, W. Tytherly, Hampshire, England; d. 1919; m. WILLIAM HORNER, June 14, 1862, Alderbury R.D. Winterslow. iii. RICHARD ANNETTS, b. October 08, 1842, Winterslow Alderbury R.D.; d. May 27, 1903, Salisbury R.D.. iv. ALBERT ANNETTS, b. December 1846, Alderbury District, Winterslow Alderbury R.D.; d. January 13, 1921, Salisbury R.D. v. THOMAS ANNETTS, b. 1848, Winterslow Alderbury R.D.; d. March 30, 1936, Salisbury R.D.. vi. MARY ANNETTS, b. 1851; d. 1942. vii. HENRY JAMES ANNETTS, b. 1851, Andover R.D. (Norman Annett record); d. 1931. viii. SARAH ANNETTS, b. 1853, Winterslow, Wiltshire, England; d. 1937. ix. EMMA ANNETTS, b. February 02, 1856, Alderbury R.D. Winterslow; d. January 22, 1943, Winterslow. Most of Richard's children were agricultural or/and coppice laborers, marrying and staying in the Wiltshire area. Albert Annetts married Sarah Ann Bevis, born in Winterbourne Earl, Wiltshire in 1851 to William and Ann (Parsons) Bevis. Albert was listed as a coppice laborer in the 1881 census and the family resided in Lower Winterslow W Nr Mogshade. In the early years the family was in the coal selling and delivery business. Children of Albert and Sarah are Albert William, Ellen, Bessie, Bertie James, Emma (Alma?), Fred, Kate and Wilfred - born May 2, 1889 in Winterslow, Wiltshire County. These children may or may not all be correct. My grandfather is Wilfred, who came to Canada in 1910, unknown if he travelled alone and on which ship he travelled. My family knows nothing of his relatives in England except the following which has never been verified. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Descendants of Albert Annetts Generation No. 1 1. ALBERT5 ANNETTS (RICHARD4, JOHN3, HENRY2 ANNETS, HENRY1) was born December 1846 in Alderbury District, Winterslow Alderbury R.D., and died January 13, 1921 in Salisbury R.D. (Norman Annett record). He married SARAH ANN BEVIS December 25, 1869 in Winterslow, daughter of WILLIAM BEVIS and ANN PARSONS. She was born March 1851 in Amesbury District, Winterbourne Earls, Wiltshire England. Uncle Bill Annetts, son of Wilfred (Albert & Sarah's youngest child), remembers meeting Fred Annetts while in England during WWll and was struck by how much Fred looked like his dad Wilfred as he approached him on his bike. He also met a sister of his father's, her house was named "Redvers", the first letter she received from Wilfred in Canada had been postmarked Redvers. He learned that two of Albert's daughters were in London and never married. The family in the early years was in the coal delivery and selling business. Is Emma Annetts (daughter of Albert) Alma? Anyone have knowledge of Edward Stallion in the 1600's-1700's in either Sussex or Essex, England? He came to America and think settled in CT1700's but the name must have been changed, spelling-wise, after that as can find no further.
