    3. 0901 077 5006 Before 10pm Sunday (UK Time) Hello to the friends I have helped - - Over the last few years, some of you have asked how you could repay the help I occasionally give . Well you know I never take money and never normally ask for anything, but I am asking for something now . It's simple, and hopefully very rewarding to us both. If I have helped , would you pick up the phone and register a vote - its only 30p and would mean the world to me, and it may help save a piece of our history. Even if we don't come first, 17p out of the 30p goes to the restoration fund . Full details are at www.bbc.co.uk/history/programmes/restoration/ Some of you are outside the UK and the cost may be prohibitive, I don't know, but if you could try +44 901 077 5006 Some of you in the UK may be lucky enough to have a candidate in your own area - that must be wonderful --- but if you make two calls - one each its only 60p. Less than 10% of a birth certificate Anyway if you can help, please do. But if you cannot I will still give my help whenever I can. That ends the sermon for this morning - I'm going up the Vale now to sweet talk some other friends into lifting the phone Steve If I have broken any rules of the list - please excuse --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. 3. Steve From the Antipodes - a friend was able to lodge a vote on my behalf, by quoting my New Zealand Phone Number - worth trying for those of you, if like me, would have a rather large increase in the Telephone Account, if we did it ourselves. I would have phoned from NZ if they would not have accepted a proxy vote!! But not all of us can afford the extra. Using the +44 does not help, in NZ as soon as we dial 001 to access UK, charges start. :-( Keeping my fingers crossed - and with the occasional prayer!!!
