Hi list, Whilst searching Parish Registers a few days ago I came across several terms used for a number of records for Baptism: Received Private Received Private Conditional Several of these entries gave a date of the Baptism, a birth date and a Received date. The record for my grandfather gave his birth date of 16th September 1894, Baptism date of 26th October 1894 and Received date of 25th November 1894. I would appreciate suggestions regarding the meanings of these additional notes. Regards Jacqui
