There is a photo of the Hanley Secondary School on Steve Birks' Stoke on Trent web site. May I have pictures #1 and #2? Some of my HADFIELD family would have been in the school system at the time. The only one I am sure about is Mary Elizabeth Hadfield (1887-1909) who had a book prize from HSS in 1905. I am not sure where, but my mother who is on the picture lived at the time in Basford, at the top of the bank on the corner of Victoria Street. She later went to Hanley High School. 2. A similar Photo about 1904-5. 3. Bucknall School where my mother was headmistress from 1926-1929.
