Hello. Does anyone have access to the Abbots Bromley Parish Registers? I'm trying to find out if the Richard BENNETT who married Catherine MATTHEWS at Abbots Bromley on 29th September 1783 can have come from Burslem. Is there any indication on the Register of what his geographical origin may have been, particularly if it wasn't the same parish? If he 'did' come from Burslem, then he is probably the same Richard BENNETT who later became my ggggtgrandfather. If the register doesn't say, then how can I prove whether the same man and his wife Catherine had three children (1784, 1786, 1789) in Abbots Bromley, and then five in Hanley (1792, 1794, 1797, 1799, 1802).
