I dont know of any on line but here are some paper refernces The archive Photograps Series "The Potteries" - ISBN 0-7524-0046-0 has a group of cratemakers of the fron and back covers - They are from W.J.Shenton, Crate and Cooper manufactures, Longton - Well thats what it says on the Van - 1926 .
