Hi I just joined for a request for some help from SKS.My g grandfather Philip BRAITHWAITE occ: Mineral water carter ,from Liverpool took members of the family to live in Longton during WW2. If anyone has a Directory for that time could they please lookup his name or any other BRAITHWAITES in Longton as it may help knock down a brick wall. I am hoping that he has relatives there, possibly Uncles or Aunts. Otherwise, could someone point me to a website which has information about Longton during WW2.
