Does anyone know if the forename "Phoebe" is used as a nickname in England....and if so for what name might it be. I know this seems like a dumb question, but I have a will that lists someone as Phoebe Bibby in 1855...and I have gleaned the census and cannot come up with anyone named Phoebe....was hoping maybe it was used for another name...
