Found this on the Gloucestershire List but on searching it found quite a few entries for staffordshire esp one for John DUTTON born Cheadle STS aged 28 yrs and another for William BAYLEY aged 33 yrs born Stoke STS both were onboard HMS Victory at Trafalgar..... also men from Stafford, Walsall and Wolverhampton <snip> I haven't seen this mentioned on the list (or maybe I wasn't paying attention) but there is a searchable database for the Trafalgar fleet: includes several from Bristol, Somerset, Glos areas.
