Looking for any help in locating information and descendants of William Walker (b:1805 Bilston), and his wife Elizabeth Russell (b:1807 Pallsall). William, Elizabeth and daughters, Sarah (b:1843 WestBromwich), Jane (b:1836 WestBromwich-Mrd Charles Pinder Webb 1853 Dudley) and Elizabeth (B:1838 West Bromwich)......left Staffordshire in 1860 following the Mormans to Utah. I am trying to find the children who remained in England..I am directly related thru the son William (b1834 West Bromwich).. These children were: Absolam b 1830 mrd: Louisa Mary b 1828 mrd: Joseph Watts?? William b 1834 Mrd: Sarah Harvey Thomas b 1832 Joseph b ??? Lorenzo b 1840 All born West Bromwich, Staffordshire. Since I do not have access to the 1841 or 1851 census I have not been able to pin point this family in those years. What other records might there be that would put this family together proving there births etc. Are there church records? How would I determine what Parish this might have been. Does anyone know if there are newspaper obituaries for that area? I don't know if something like that even exists in England. When someone died would there have been a notice in the paper?
