I thought that name rang a bell! I have built up a databse of WAKEFIELD christenings, marriages and burials in N Staffs between 1700-1810 and see that Moses TUNSTALL was a witness at the wedding of -"Thos MELLOR, collier of this parish (Norton) and Ellen WAKEFIELD widow of the parish of Astbury" This wedding took place on 24th August, 1754 and the other witness was William PRINCE. Don't know if this is your Moses. There seem to be quite a few TUNSTALLs round there - don't know how many Moses there were though. Mind you in an area of Primitive Methodists perhaps there were quite a few!!! Hope this is of some interest. Penny Wakefield in Leicestershire
