Hi Helen, cannot help you with Caleb etc but I do think I know where Newfield is. If you have a map of the Potteries look north of Tunstall on the A50, in between Tunstall and Goldenhill there is a timber merchants called Newfiled Timber and a Fireplace manufacturer called Newfield Firplaces. This is where I guess the area of Newfield is, I know it more as Summerbank and Sandyford though. Perhaps some one else on the list could clarify this ? Regards, Dave.
