Hi All I have a street in the 1881 census called Raglan St. Stoke on Trent. But is this the Raglan St. Fenton or was there another in Stoke? Regards Mike
Hi Mike, Yes, Raglan Street is in Fenton. The street is still there, but no houses left, unfortunately, it has all been redeveloped. My family used to live in Raglan Street. I am sure that this was the only Raglan Street in Stoke on Trent. Regards, Jean. -------Original Message------- From: Michael Wheeler Date: 02/08/05 21:07:19 To: ENG-STS-THE-POTTERIES-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [Pots] Raglan Street Hi All I have a street in the 1881 census called Raglan St. Stoke on Trent. Mike asked the question below and here is my quick way of finding out the answer if you are using the CDs Get the "person" you are after and then do click on the "neighbour" button. Move to the next Street or road by using the UP / Down arrows and note their names. By a process of elimination you can always find out the true street location by this method.
