Dear Cameron, thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I do have the marriage, and those Pickerings or Pickerills depending on which they fancied are another story!. It gives William as the father but it is which William he is that is the problem. I have already traced one family which was the wrong one. It is so frustrating as it is one of my main lines.
