Hi John I'm not sure what you mean by 'trace' this Mark Randell - do you think he may still be alive? Is he a relative of yours? You appear to know something about him and his father already, but I'm not clear what documentation you already have, like a birth certificate, entry in the 1891 and 1901 censuses, appearance in Directories or Voters Lists. etc. But if you tell us a bit more, I'm certain people here will be able to help you find out what you want to know.
