    3. A while ago somebody was enquiring about BRAMBLE Today we visited Sopley near Christchurch to take photos and found a plaque to two BRAMBLE brothers who died during the war. If anyone would like a copy also of the War memorial tablet which also lists BREWER, BURT and CUTLER then please let us know and we can forward a copy. The wording on the BRAMBLE tablet is as follows: QUO FAS ET GLORIA DUCUNT. JOHN BRAMBLE Bombadier R.G.A. aged 24 GERALD HENRY JOSEPH BRAMBLE 2nd Lieut. Hampshire Regiment aged 21.
