Dear Listers and in particular Pat, Elizabeth and Chirani I am very cross with myself for not noticing that Elizabeth Badman, daughter of William and Susannah baptised Kewstoke 3rd March was recorded in the parish register as born 28th Dec 1797, a date which agrees reasonably well with the ages of Elizabeth the wife/widow of John Quick in the censuses 1841-1871. But, on the other hand if I had not sent my email to [ENG-SOMERSET] I would not have had your replies which contain much supplementary information and advice that I need to absorb as it looks very pertinent.
