Almost certainly St Decuman's - a large parish which covers Watchet, Williton & Doniford. On census returns you may find St Decuman as a place of birth, especially if the person was born outside the actual towns of Watchet or Williton. Lydeard St Lawrence is no more than 5 miles outside the parish of St Decumans according to the 1801 map I have.
