Evening all, www.wsom.org.uk has just been updated with Taunton St. Mary Mag Baptisms now back to 1700. This has taken quite a bit longer than expected as the wretch's kept putting in where people lived and what their job was!! Also my good friend Lesley Morgan has been dealing with difficult-to-read early stuff for Over Stowey, Baptisms and Burials, and as a result, these are now back to 1687ish. Not content with this, she very kindly taken on the early Register writing for St. Decumans (Watchet). As a temporary summer break from transcribing, I'm returning to help the Gravestone Photographic Resource Project with some local churchyards. If you've never come across it, have a look at http://www.gravestonephotos.com/index.php Even better, if you have time and the inclination, become a volunteer and help photograph gravestones around the world and add them to the Project's database (look at the Volunteers section).
