Hello Kay I have 2 William Hockeys in my family tree, but they both originate from Montacute mid to late 1700s and not Charlton Adam. My first William was married to Susannah Chant and their son William married Catherine Bool. I just have marriages but maybe some of the names will help your research for William Hockey's parents and Martha Walter's parents. John Hockey, widower, of Charlton Adam married Mary Oborn of Charlton Mackrell in Charlton Mackrell on the 16th of November 1807.
