    3. Hi Rob - if you don't have them in the 1841 census this looks like your folk: North Petherton, Dobins George PINKSTONE 37 Minister. Not born in county Betsy 28 Albert 7 Emily 4 Richard 3 Thirsa 1 Betsy and children listed as born in county. IGI has a marriage in 1833 of a George PINKSTONE and Betsey Helen HEARN in Banbury, Oxford. Looking around on the IGI it seems the name may well be a Devon name and there is a possible match for George (and William) in births in Tiverton. Also a William in the 1861 census with birthplace Tiverton, but not living in Nottinghill - occupation retired grocer, does this match with what you have?. Hope some of this is useful, apologies if you have this already. Best wishes, Patsy - New Zealand Subject: [ENG-SOM] Pinkstone family from North Petherton, somerset > Hello all, > > ><snip> > My ancestor was Rev George PINKSTONE who was a Congregational Minister in > North Petherton.
