i am new to this website , the mystery of my mothers family is the relation of henry perry of dowlish to my grandfather james tom crichard of axmouth & shute ,devon . henry was born in dowlish wake 1850 , the next entry in the family bible is the crichard family in my grandfathers writing, how did henry perry's family bible get to my grandfather which i have now , henry's family goes back to the 1700's . i live in devon ,my husband comes from somerset . val guppy
Val, you're by no means the only one who does this, and I don't know whether other listers agree - perhaps I'm just a grumpy old woman! - but I have to work harder to make sense of text that has no capitals where appropriate, and little punctuation; names of people and places, as well as the actual question, simply disappear. Could you try framing it a little more carefully?
