HI List, Is anybody researching this surname in Somerset ? The name crops up in the DREW family of Taunton area as a first name in the 1850's and is carried on well into the 1920's and maybe later. It does not seem to show up in the Drew line before this so wonder if it connects to JANE PHILLIPS wife of Richard THOMAS DREW married 1846. Jane born 1828 Bradford Somerset, daughter of JOHN PHILLIPS and SARAH. Any help would be wonderful. Thanks Daphne. New Zealand.
