Hi, I have ancestors who in the 1881 census resided in the Carpenters Arms in the High Street Chard. Does anyone know if there are any pictures of the high street at that time? I am sure the beer house is no longer there but if anyone is familiar with the high street could they tell me where in the high street the Carpenters Arms was and if there are any pictures of that area of the high street.
