Can someone tell me about land assessments 1767-1832. In Banwell at the end of the yearly assessments, there is another form of entry called "Redeemed and Exonerated" with a list of landowners for part of their assessments. What does Redeemed and Exonerated mean with regard to the land assessments? Thanks for any help, Avril
