They'll be in the Somerset Local Studies Library but you need to have an address as the ERs are arranged alphabetically by address within wards within a town. They aren't arranged alphabetically by elector's name. A century earlier and, yes, they were by name. They will only list the eligible elector, not the whole family unless they were all eligible to vote. Liz Newbery is the OPC for Street but she's offline for the moment.
