Hello Dean, Cant add much about Bath , but there used to be the Passmore Edwards Museum in West Ham and they have a statue of him in Poplar East London famous for the opening of most all the Libraries in London . including I believe the Whitechapel library now closed and housed in the new Idea centre in WHitechapel.
