    3. Hi Since the list was quiet, thought I might mention the above lady Harriet Amelia Millard born 1887 at Stogursey, Somerset, whose daughter my then husband and I met back early nineties, I think it was. Harriet was the daughter of Frederick Webber, whose wife I dont seem to have, but will try to get the census today. Frederick was the younger brother of our Tasmanian convict John Webber who was born 1803 in Stogursey, transorted for minor crimes in 1845, Frederick was baptised in November 1830 aged 10 so born 1820. Hard to know then whether he was younger brother to John or nephew. John had a brother Richard Webber whose baptism is not noted anywhere but he is on the convict record for John. As he was married in Stogursey and born there according to census records, Frederick may have been his child. Anyway, it is this Fredericks daughter whose photos I was given by friends of Harriets daughter Freda whom I met in England and then after she died was notified she had d! ied and whose friends we could meet on our next visit to the UK. This we did and we were given the photos as the beneficiaries thought family members shuld have them. No family was available as Freda and her husband were childless so we came home with some nice photos including Harriet and Walter Millard nee Webbers marraige photos and a photo of Harriet receiving flowers and a lovely plague from the Queen and I have her telegram from the Queen also. A lovely photo with Harriet and her daughter Freda. Not sure how many children Harriet and Walter had, but may find this out from the 1911 census tomorrow. I would love to do more of the English side of this Webbber family. The parents of John were Richard and Elizabeth Webber nee Tucker. Elizabeth was still alive aged 90 in the 1861 census, she died in 1863 at Stogursey. Richard reached 90 so longevity in this famiy. I did put this over before but no reply. the Tasmania family shared the same christian names used in the ! English family and also had large families. Edie Australia
