Since Webber is being discussed - hoping that someone may have a Humphrey Webber born somewhere around 1701. He was married in Crewkerne but there were no Webbers before him so he is from somewhere else - place unknown Thanks Beverly

Hi Beverly, Had a look in the new Familysearch and found Humphrey Webber chr 16 October 1702 at Topsham, Devon. Parents Humphrey Webber and Elizabeth. Then their marraige Humphrey Webber, 8th September 1700, Topsham Devon to Elizabeth Lauis. It is on the old familysearch as well. Batch number P001841, source film 96276. The batch number gives you other children and others in Topsham. This could be your Humphrey. I haven't come across the name Humphrey in anyof our Webbers. Anyway take a look.
