Mr. Justice KAY on Monday had to decide a point, arising out of the will of the late Thomas Phillips WALL , of Kingsdown, Bristol, who left all his property, his wife receiving nothing, to provide annuities for aged Unitarians attending certain chapels. His Lordship said if he had the power he would not allow such a will as that to take effect, but the executor was bound to carry out the testator's directions.
