    3. My genealogy program allows me to enter multiple names for the same person so I enter it as an Alias or AKA in addition I also enter nicknames etc and in the case of females I also enter married names so however I key in a search for a particular person I will find them. For some of my entrants I have as many as 5-6 names recorded but the primary name is always from the christening or baptism record. -----Original Message----- From: Jean-Marie Dessaux Sent: Monday, February 14, 2011 12:48 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [ENG-SOM] Badcock/Babcock My gg father born MOREY in Somerset chose his mother's name DAVIDGE once in Jersey , I entered him as MOREY-DAVIDGE. How is it entered in our records? I am not sure when this was done.
