Hi Diana, I'm forwarding Derek's message and if you are using Outlook Express or similar, open this message and look at "View/Encoding" and look at the list against it and you will see that it is in Unicode. Also on my computer in the task bar along the bottom of the screen it also says "Unicode". Opening this message will not affect anything, but I think he may have his system set to send out all messages in Unicode. Having said that, I've checked his other messages and they are OK, so I don't know why this one was like this. It was Unicode that caused so much trouble with the PPPs at the end of last year.
