Hi Celia: Yes, I have seen the sites that you suggested. It was Duncan Weir's site (genealogyhelp) that gave me the information that some christenings for Symonds did occur at Martock but did they did not give any details. I did try to get more info from that site but didn't have any response. I was given the 1841 census data by another researcher years ago. That information stated that the info source came from Registrar's District Martock, Enumeration District No. 6, Parish-Tintinhull, Township-Stock Dennis, Place Welham's Mill, HO107-0960, Folio No 9/9 page 13, entry no. 8.
