Can anyone please assist me with a puzzle. Dora Winnifred PHILLPUT was born in Bath during 1880 according to FreeBMD In December 1940 aged 60yrs she married Arthur Samuel HORLER in Weston super Mare registry office; both parties having been previously married Dora Winnifred was married under the surname of MANNING. The puzzle is that I haven't been able to find a marriage for Manning / Phillput in the presiding years. Dora W PHILLPOT is enumerated in the 1901 census as being a Photographer's Assistant and living in Herne Hill, Lambeth. After this point I can't anything, can someone offer help?? -- Tony M
