Charani further to my last I have had a look and John Clark was b 1843 in Stowell, Mary Jane smith was b 1841 in Weston Zoyland. Robert Clark was b 1810 in Otherly and Rhoda unknown was b 1813 in Chilton Polden. From the marriage cert of Walter and Elizabeth John Clark is a Labourer and one of the witnesses was probably her brother Frederick William Clark. I cant remember where I got the birth dates from, it was probably censuses, but as I had a comp crash last year I lost a lot of information and my ancestry subscription has run out so I cant go and have a look. I did find that Elizabeth was in service in I believe Wellington Somerset in the 1891 census and Walter was in lodgings in Glastonbury but how they came to meet I cant say. Walters Parents were living in Moorlinch around this time but I have not had a look to see how close any of these villages might have been.
