Hi Chris Perhaps it is worth considering the Samuel Trevor christened at Loppington 30 Aug 1732 to parents Samuel and Eliza. (IGI). I have found that a fair amount of Loppington (and indeed Wem) folk migrated up to Ellesmere in those days, perhaps as labourers looking for work. Ellesmere farmers were oft looking for casual labourers, and in some instances, even permanent labs on their farms. Worth thinking about. Cheers Graham Melbourne Oz
