Dear Listers, a few years ago I purchased the above CD from the Salop FHS stand at a local FHS Fair. It worked fine for months. Then it didn't. After much frustration trying to work out 'why?' I did the recommended thing and sent an email to _john@ravenscroft.enta.net_ (mai lto:john@ravenscroft.enta.net) I did not get a reply. This year, I sent another email to the same address. It didn't bounce this time either, but again, no reply. First, can anyone tell me who the right person to contact would be, if the man above is no longer 'the one'? Second, I know someone else on the list has had a similar problem with their CD not working - does anyone know who it was and if the prob. was resolved? Third - Help!
