Hi all I see all the references, but just in case she really was born as a Sankey, this is a very long shot but may be relevant as Ditton Priors is so very close to Neen Savage and there are no Ann Smiths or Ann Sankeys shown to be baptised at Neen Savage in those days. Just a thought, maybe worth investigating. May mean nothing, but........
