James, Rev. Thomas BEARCROFT was the 3rd son of Edward Henry BEARCROFT, of Haverfordwest, gent. Matriculated 28 June 1838, aged 19; B.A. 1842, M.A. 1847, died 2 Feb 1877. HONYMAN was up at Oxford at the same time: HONYMAN, (Sir) William Macdonald (Bart.), 2nd son of Orde John HONYMAN, of Twickenham, Middlesex, arm. WORCESTER COLL matric 22 Oct 1840, aged 20; B.A. 1845, M.A. 1847, 5th baronet, sometime curate of Stoke-upon Terne, Salop. See Foster's Baronetage. Both these are entries from Alumni Oxonienses.
