Pity one did not know this when first applying for these records, but.... we learn the hard way, do we not! IGI coverage apparently stopped at 1836 and re-commenced at 1856. Original registers, however, are said to exist 1813-1908, so there is still hope, and the only answer to your quandary is now to contact Shropshire Archives, who have the originals at their address.
