Is this because you don't have access to original registers? If not, I have access to the Shropshire Parish Register Society transcripts (very accurate) for Pontesbury at our State Library, here in Victoria, Oz, up to 1812, and can get them down to look at if you wish. Might help to solve some of your outstanding problems, eh? Anyway, let me know, and I should be able to access them this coming week if needed Cheers Graham Melbourne Oz
