Document of 1707 mentions Bedson (Bedston). (This gem of info from a2a site). This puts it in the triangle that needs coverage from Shropshire, Herefordshire, Radnorshire. Bedstone is within the Purslow hundred. Maybe S.Meothig is the name of a holding or whatever.
