Hi, I'm hoping someone may be prepared to look up, copy & then email me the death notice and/or obituary from the local newspaper for Mrs Phyllis WARD, who was born on 20 November 1898 and was the widow of Claude George Cecil WARD. Claude Ward was a local man and with his wife, was living at Oakengates prior to his death in 1978. Their only child, Peter Edward Ward was living at Coventry in 1982. In the 1901 census, Claude was living with his parents Thomas(b.1865, at St. Georges) and Harriet (b.1869/70, at Priors Lee) WARD and his older siblings, Winifred C. age 7 and Frank T.C. age 5 - if anyone is interested in this family, it would be good to hear from them.
